Innsbruck

Innsbruck, capital city of Tirol, surrounded by an impressive mountain backdrop is worth a visit any time of year. A beautiful old centre with the golden roof, the Hofburg, the Bergisel (skijump) -Arena, the Ambrass Castle – just to mention a few of the wonderful sights to see.

Swarovski

The Swarovski Crystal World in Wattens, approx. 15 kilometres from Innsbruck. Make use of the shuttle service leaving from Innsbruck every 2 hours.

Maria Waldrast

Up on the outstanding Serles mountain (2718m) lies the place of pilgrimage and monastry guesthouse Maria Waldrast (1641m). The monastry guesthouse is 6,5 km from Matrei (Brenner-Autobahn) and easily accessed via a good mountain road. Forests stretching for miles and magnificent high pastures make Maria Waldrast a place of rejuvenation and an oasis for reflection, as well as an ideal starting point for walks and mountain tours. The guesthouse provides for a comfortable get together for groups. If you yearn for sun the generous sun terrace is just the place. Since time began it has been a place of pilgrimage. The water spring is said to have healing qualities. Maria Waldrast is devoted to the holy mother of God.
 

Obernberg on Brenner

The little mountain village Obernberg lies in the middle of untouched nature and is protected landscape including – Nösslcahjoch – Obernbergersee – Tribulaun. Here is a wide variety of walking, mountain and ski tours.
 

Schmirntal – a side valley of the Wipptal

Here you find walking and mountain tours around the Olperer, Ramsau and Seealm. You can also visit the over 250 year old water mill, the alpine herb garden with diverse scented and medicinal herbs and the pilgrim chapel "Kalte Herberge". The restaurant there offers a wonderful view of the Olperer mountain range and hearty local cuisine.
 

Bärenbachl

Adventure walking track and water world with fun stations, not only for children. A perfect hiking and recreation area. Access via the cablecar "Bergeralm", directly from Steinach.
 

Trinser Almentour

A beautiful tour of the high pastures, high above the Gschnitztal, the area lies between 1.550 and 1750 m. Starting point is the little chapel at the west end of the Steinach lift carpark, by the bridge. On the way the Trunahütte, Gerichtsherrnalm and Bergeralm invite you to a short or long stay...(also overnight).
